Procedure

Step 2: Adding a Touch of Sparkle Now comes the fun part!

Lay the toilet paper rolls on the glittering wrapping paper and cut pieces to cover their exteriors. With careful precision, wrap and stick the paper in place with glue. Watch as the sparkle transforms these humble rolls into dazzling pencil holders.
